This Privacy Policy applies to the Atlassian Forge applications (the "Apps") developed by Jabreal Johnson ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of data processed by our Apps within the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

2. Data Processing & Storage

Our Apps generally fit the "Runs on Atlassian" definition, meaning they are built using the Atlassian Forge platform and rely on Atlassian's infrastructure.

  • Runs on Atlassian: Unless expressly noted otherwise, our Apps operate entirely within the Atlassian cloud environment. We do not host separate servers for data processing.
  • Data Residency: Data processed by the App is stored and processed within Atlassian's infrastructure, adhering to Atlassian's security and data residency controls.
  • Explicit Egress: The vast majority of our Apps do not transmit customer data outside of Atlassian. In the rare case that an App requires external data egress (e.g., to an AI provider or third-party integration), this will be explicitly declared in the App's specific documentation and Marketplace listing.
  • Storage API: Persistent data is stored using the Forge Hosted Storage API, managed directly by Atlassian.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the specific functionality of the App, we may process:

  • Contextual Information: Issue details, page content, or user identifiers (Account IDs) strictly required to perform the App's function (e.g., generating a report, updating a field).
  • Configuration Data: Settings configured by the administrator to customize the App's behavior.
  • Technical Logs: Automated logs generated by the Forge platform for debugging and monitoring purposes, which may be accessible to us for troubleshooting.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely to:

  • Provide the functionality requested by the user within the Atlassian product.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and improve App performance.
  • Comply with applicable laws and Atlassian Marketplace policies.
